7 Minutes In Heaven

Hello lovelies, welcome back to explore the world of Ames!

This week I have been lucky enough to review the brand 7th Heaven through the magazine. There is no better feeling than getting home, putting your dressing gown on, taking your makeup off and putting on a face mask…so when I received this package I was super excited!

I was lucky enough to be sent this huge box with over 12 of their products to try. Their products range from face masks to foot soaks so you really can get something for everything here. I obviously haven’t managed to try them all, but I will be trying them in time so follow me over on my Instagram to stay updated on all things masks! I decided to try one of the Peel-Off face masks, one of the ‘Masques’ and one of the Hair Rescue masks to get a feel for some of the different options.

Firstly I used the hair mask which is made out of coconut and quinoa…how amazing! I smothered my hair in it and wrapped it in a towel for the best results. After around 10 minutes I rinsed it out and I have never felt anything like it. My hair is naturally quite frizzy and dry so when all I could feel was soft luscious locks I thought it was a wig!

As you can probably guess…this is the Charcoal Peel-Off mask which I LOVED as it drys down rather than staying tacky. It genuinely made me feel like I had Botox as I literally couldn’t move my face, but I could feel it tightening and really grabbing all the dirt in my pores which is exactly what you want from a face mask.  I left the mask on for probably half an hour to fully dry but I think I put too thick of a layer on as these masks would definitely do 2 applications.

I’m unsure as to why I look so grumpy…it may have something to do with the fact that if you get this on any of your hairs and it dries down it is so painful to pull off so do be careful! As I was pulling the mask off and revealing my skin, I was shocked at how smooth my pores looked. Honestly this really does completely clean everything out and you can even see it on the mask, no wonder this was voted the Bronze Pure Beauty Award for Best Face Mask!

I then tried the Hot Chocolate Masque which is totally different as this stays quite wet, although again I smothered my face in it and as you can see its actually dripping off me haha! This mask genuinely smelled and felt like melted chocolate, I had to give it a taste just to be 100%…it definitely was NOT chocolate. The smell was enough for me to want to keep this on all night, but when I did take it off I felt like a new woman. My face was glowing and felt  so smooth so I would definitely use this again.

I also forgot to mention they are cruelty free and suitable for vegans so YAY that’s so amazing. These would be fab for stocking fillers this Christmas, a pre New Years Eve pamper or a girly sleepover!

Thank you to 7th Heaven for totally kitting me out with the nicest products. Don’t forget to give them a follow below…
